Air tickets

Passenger's air ticket is a contract which airway company concludes with you. Before the flight you should carefully read it. Passenger is responsible for the correct writing of his/her name, route, dates of departure and arrival. All the claims on registration of air tickets are accepted only during the day of air ticket sale. Employees of air agency should give all the information about rules of return and exchange of air tickets. After buying the ticket all the claims on lack of such kind of information are not accepted. Agency guarantees preservation of reserved places during 48 hours if there's no special clauses. One airline can pass the passenger to another one or to change the air vessel without any warning. Airline has no responsibility for providing of flights' attachment.

Necessary documents
Don't forget to take with you passport with visa or other documents necessary for entering the country. Official information about entering the country you can receive in the consular department of embassy of the country where you are flying to.

Confirmation
Having flown to the final or intermediate point, where you stop, it's necessary to confirm you further flight in air agency or representation of the airline during 72 hours after arrival. If you are flying to USA, you should confirm it 9 hours before departure (the rule of international flights). If you won't do this, your order can be cancelled.

Registration
In each airport there is different time of registration. Please, specify this time making out the air ticket. If you won't register in a definite time, airline is able to dispose your place at its own discretion.

Luggage
There are special limits for weight and space of luggage that passenger can take with him in the plane. Depending on the route passengers can take in economic class 20-30 kg of luggage free, in business class - 30-40 kg, in first class - 30-50 kg of luggage.

Travel with children
 For children less than 2 years old tickets with 90% discount are provided (without separate seat and right of free luggage transportation). The passenger can reserve the separate place for child, but in this case, the ticket is made out as for children from 2 to 12. One adult passenger can take one child less than two years with 90% discount. For second and subsequent children air tickets are made out as for children from 2 to 12. The child from 2 to 12 is able to use an air ticket with 50% discount. This ticket gives the right on seat and free luggage transportation according to the class of service. Children less than 2 years old should be accompanied by adults. For the infants less than 10 month and with weight less than 10 kilos at the plane may be provided special cradle. If you need this you should inform the airline about it in time of air ticket reservation, not later than 24 hours before the flight. Passengers with babies have possibility to change babies' napkins at the plane. Children from 2 to 12 can travel independently. Care of them is the duty of personnel. For this in the airport you should fill in special form for transportation of non-accompanied child and parents' declaration. Transportation of non-accompanied children less than 8 years old is paid by the full tariff. In the ticket the mark is put: "the child requires care" and then he gets under the stewardess' control. Later she will pass him to the meeting people.

Travel with animals
 For animal's departure you should make out the veterinary certificate and license. Pets (cats, dogs, birds) are transported in special containers, bought by passenger. Pets less than 8 kilos can be taken to the salon of plane, animals more than 8 kilos - only in cargo compartment. Transportation of animal is paid even if you don't have other luggage. Weight of an animal is not included in quota of free luggage transportation. Dogs-guides are transported free of charge.
