Pension "Solnyshko"
The sanatorial complex Solnyshko is one of the most popular places at lake Issyk-Kul. The territory is very green: Very old Tien-Shan pines and other conifers, as well as magnificient roses make a walk through the park a wonderful experience. Fresh air, the smell of mountain herbs, the thermal spring and 285 sunny days a year make your vacation here unforgettable. The complex is situated on the prestigious northern shores of the lake, in the village of Chok-Tal, about 25km before Cholpon-Ata on your way from Bishkek. Near to the pension, there is the main road, which makes it easily accessable by personal, but also public transport. The complex can accommodate 300 persons.
There are some corpuses with different room categories, a swimming pool, some sports grounds, a restaurant, and also a conference hall for 100 people, a bankett hall and a medical centre.
On the wonderful sand beach many water- and beach activities are offered: beach-volleyball, ships, katamarans, yachts, banana-boats, surfing.
In your free time you could for example visit the cafe on the beach, the disco, play billiard or computer games, watch a movie in the video hall, and your children can spend their time with their new friends in the children's room. Furhtermore, we offer excursions to the most picturesque places around the lake.
For amateurs of alternative holidays, we can help in organizing:
Rafting on the river Chui, trekking and horse-back riding, transfer to the gorges Georgevskoe and Semyonevskoe.
Part of our programs are: Neptuns day, winning games of childrens drawings, matches of computer games via net, matches of beach-volleyball.
